1. Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, upload harmful code, scrape content, or use it in a way that could harm Aura Academy or other visitors.

2. Courses, modules and digital content

Aura Academy provides online personal growth, mindset and spirituality content, including courses, modules, videos, audio, workbooks, guides and downloadable resources. Content may be added, updated, replaced or removed over time as the academy develops.

3. Purchases and payments

Purchases are made through our third-party store and payment providers. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and are payable in full (or in line with any payment plan offered) before access is granted. You're responsible for giving accurate purchase and contact details, and for any taxes or bank charges that apply in your country.

4. Access to digital products and content

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive access to the content you purchased, usually by email or through the platform hosting it. Access is personal to you. You'll need a reliable internet connection and a suitable device. We aim to keep content available for as long as the relevant product is offered, but we can't guarantee indefinite access — please download anything you'd like to keep.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital and made available immediately, you agree that access begins as soon as you purchase, and that your right to cancel ends once you start accessing or downloading the content. Where a statutory right of cancellation applies and has not been lost, or where a product has not yet been accessed, refund requests will be considered in line with UK consumer law.

6. Intellectual property and copyright

All Aura Academy content — including course materials, text, images, branding, logos, audio, video, PDFs and design — is owned by Aura Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content you have purchased or downloaded, for your own personal development only.

7. Copying, distributing and reselling

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, screen-record, translate, adapt, distribute, sell or otherwise commercially exploit Aura Academy content, in whole or in part, without our written permission. You may not use our content to create your own competing course, programme or materials.

8. Sharing paid member access

Membership and paid access is for one person only. Please don't share your login details, download links or member content with anyone else, or allow others to use your access. Where we believe access is being shared or misused, we may suspend or cancel it without refund.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to keep your account details secure, provide accurate information, respect other members and the community space, and use the content lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for your own decisions and how you apply what you learn.

10. Educational and wellbeing disclaimer

Aura Academy content is educational, reflective and for general wellbeing purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. 11. AI chat disclaimer

"Ask Aura AI" is an automated chat feature powered by third-party artificial intelligence. It offers general reflection and guidance in the spirit of Aura Academy. It is not a person, a therapist or a crisis service, and its responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Please don't rely on it for medical, mental health, legal or financial decisions, and avoid sharing sensitive personal information with it. Use of the AI chat is at your own discretion.

12. No guaranteed outcomes

Everyone's journey is different. We do not guarantee any specific personal, emotional, spiritual, wellbeing, career or financial result from using Aura Academy content. Any examples, testimonials or experiences shared are individual and are not a promise of what you will experience.

13. Third-party links and services

Our website links to third-party services — for example our store and payment providers, email services, social media profiles and the AI provider behind Ask Aura AI. We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies will apply to your use of them.

14. Website availability

We aim to keep the website and content available, but we can't promise uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, updates or issues outside our control, and we may change or withdraw parts of it without notice.
